Crystal Grid Breathwork sessions are 1 hour and take place on a massage table above my copper grid. The grid is activated by quartz crystals and a column of large elestial quartz, amethyst, and calcite crystals that run parallel to your chakras. This configuration accelerates the vibrational frequency around and flowing through your body. Clients have described the experience as a "healing cocoon."
